My husband and I are from PA and were visiting family in Randolph, NJ over Labor Day weekend and decided to go out to dinner in Morristown before our commute home. We googled and read all reviews, and narrowed it down to this one. WOW!!! We were blown away and not disappointed the slightest. It was amazing! So incredible. Honestly the best meal we EVER ate. It is a small, BYO, diamond in the ruff type restaurant sort of in the out skirts of the trendy part of Morristown. This place could blow all the other upscale, trendy Morristown restaurant/bars out of the park! The service, was welcoming, beyond friendly, attentive, like family. Our waiter was an older guy with an accent. I wish I could remember his name. He just went above and beyond to make out experience and dinner tip notch, the best ever and he was so friendly, so professional, almost like he was our friend, our family. And I never met him before in my life. The Chef, OMG he must be an Iron Chef because what he puts out is simply magical and a piece of heaven. His work is a masterpiece, a piece of art, it’s beautiful-every detail, from the moment it comes out and is placed in front of you; you see it’s beauty, it’s magic, it’s perfection and then you taste it and how can every devine taste of this meal be so heavenly and only gets better with the service, the DESSERT OMG, we never wanted to end. That’s why we brought more dessert home to enjoy after our long commute. It was a Devine dinner experience, New Jersey never disappoints food wise and I will always remember the meal I had here. Every moment of this night was memorable. Thank you Chef Freddy’s and to our amazing Waiter. The owner is so lucky to have you all, from the Chef to the waiters, wow! I had the shrimp and scallop garlic scampi over fresh linguine, and my husband had the special which was the Bison, chicken wrapped bacon, escarole, broccoli and a sweet potato/mashed yam. Just simply incredible, perfection at its best. Thank you Chef! Superb job! Wow.

Great gem of a restaurant in Morristown. The menu has a great variety of staples and eclectic items - whatever your food preferences are, you will find something tasty and interesting here. There is a large menu, a big specials menu, and even another unwritten menu with more specials. The hardest part is the break was deciding which options to try.Service is excellent - multiple servers poured attention over us without over doing it.If you go be sure to leave room for dessert. We plan to return soon.

Fantastic dinner. Every dish ordered was amazing. The calamari and tuna tartare were excellent. Best lamb chops I have ever had. Nice staff. Definitely a place you should try.

Great foods & Services. Amazing Belgium style clams, the best of the best. Highly recommended and will definitely return for my clams again. 🤗

Everything was amazing! The food was well priced and very very good. It takes a lot to impress an ex-chef but this place is definitely 5 stars. The service was great, the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, great value and spectacular food. There's some interesting menu items like venison sirloin and ostrich. My venison was perfect. One thing to note is that this place is BYOB so bring your own beer, spirits or wine. I knew I was getting venison so I planned ahead and brought a nice pinot noir to pair with it. I feel bad eating octopus especially after watching My Octopus Teacher, but it's just so delicious, and this place served a great octopus appetizer. Definitely recommend this place!

We had lunch during restaurant week. Instead of trying the restaurant week special we decided to order from the regular menu and are glad we did. We started with the hot brie topped with a raisin nut bread and fruit compote which we shared. We ordered the shrimp and scallops on a skewer with baby asparagus, and the Atlantic Salmon which was very delicate and moist. We then shared the chef freddy key lime pie. It was whipped key lime with a meringue topping and fresh whipped cream. This is restaurant for visual presentation plus delicious fresh ingredients. The staff were very friendly and it felt like you were a guest in their home. I would say this was a truly wonderful experience and highly recommend this restaurant for anyone interested in great food and ambiance.

What an incredible spot! Conveniently located across the street from the Hyatt. Kind staff members, beautiful and delicious food! And the cozy warm atmosphere made this place an excellent place to visitAlso as someone who really loves bread... They brought warm bread and whipped butter to the table to start and I was absolutely in love ❤️

Chef Freddy’s Table never disappoints! I have quite a few allergies (including celiac) and the staff was more than accommodating. Our waiter Gerardo, in addition to the chef, went above and beyond to make sure my allergies were taken seriously and catered to. We even went for restaurant week and ate from the prefix menu and they were STILL able to accommodate my allergies. Love this restaurant and I highly recommend (especially if you have allergies)!

Salmon was very dry and the mashed potatoes were salty. Our brownie was hard as a rock. Balsamic calamari is quite spicy and not enjoyable. The clams in the paella were mediocre. Aside from the food, our waiter was very personable and loved the ambiance. The waiter tried to make it right by giving us complimentary dessert but I think there could have been a better resolution. I was expecting better quality.

Upscale feel the moment you arrive. Staff makes you feel comfortable and they are very attentive. We started with goat cheese and fig ravioli which was superb. I had the Jambalaya and my date had the vegan plate. Both were excellent. Shared the coconut, banana, and pineapple bread pudding which was amazing. The sound level was a bit loud but manageable. We parked at the Dalton garage which was close and reasonably priced. This place is an excellent choice for a date night. Don't miss it.
